How the price is built
Each service has a rate per square foot. The rate depends on your area, because crew costs differ from town to town. Multiply it by your square footage and that is the price. Jobs under the minimum visit pay the minimum.
- Cleaning is the base rate.
- Clean and seal adds a clear penetrating sealer on the same visit.
- Clean and color seal adds a tinted color sealant that gives the grout one even color.

Regrouting and tile repair
These depend on the grout, the joint width and the damage, so they are quoted one job at a time. Choose them in the quote form and add photos.
Paying
Pay online with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay to book, or send the request and pay after the job. The crew measures before starting; if the area is clearly different from the quote, the price moves at the same rate before any work begins.
