What we collect

The details you type into our forms: name, phone, email, ZIP code, service address and job details. When you pay, the card is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Our server also logs basic request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To price and book your job, to contact you about it by phone, text or email, and to pass the job details to the crew that does the work. We do not sell your details.

Who we share it with

The crew booked for your job, our booking and payment providers, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete your details through the contact page. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
