Prices

Online prices are per square foot at the rate for the service ZIP code, with a minimum visit. The crew measures before starting. If the area is clearly different from the quote, the price is adjusted at the same rate before any work begins, and you can decline at that point.

Booking and payment

You can pay online to book, or pay after the job. A booking is confirmed when we agree a date with you.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Tell us as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a visit. Contact us through the contact page.

Results

Cleaning removes soil from grout; it does not repair cracked, crumbling or missing grout, and some deep stains need color sealing. Sealers and color sealants need the cure time the crew gives you. The crew will tell you before starting if they think a result is not achievable.

Access and safety

Please clear small items from the work area and make sure the crew has access, water and power.
